Shipping policy
SYSTEM-01 utilizes a Print-on-Demand (POD) network. This means your order is manufactured specifically for you after the "System" receives your request. This on-demand process reduces waste and aligns with our commitment to intentional production.
1. FULFILLMENT WINDOW

Production Time: Please allow 2–7 business days for fulfillment.

Quality Control: Every item undergoes a multi-point inspection before dispatch to ensure print accuracy and garment integrity.
- At SYSTEM-01, we prioritize local fulfillment. Your order is automatically routed to our nearest facility to ensure the fastest delivery. While the vast majority of our UK orders are produced locally in the West Midlands, our global network ensures we can fulfill your order even during peak demand periods.
2. SHIPPING ESTIMATES
Shipping times are added to the fulfillment window. Once dispatched, estimated delivery windows are:

Domestic: 3–6 business days.

International: 6–15 business days.

3. TRACKING & DISPATCH

Notifications: You will receive an automated email containing a tracking link once your order has left the facility.

Synchronization: It may take 24–48 hours for the tracking status to update once the carrier scans the package.
4. LOST IN TRANSIT
For any packages lost in transit, all claims must be submitted no later than 4 weeks after the estimated delivery date.

Verification: We will confirm with the shipping carrier that the package was indeed lost before a replacement is issued.

Address Errors: If the tracking information states an order was delivered but you haven't received it, SYSTEM-01 cannot take responsibility. Please coordinate with the local carrier.
5. WRONG ADDRESS / UNCLAIMED SHIPMENTS

Address Accuracy: If you provide an address that is considered insufficient by the courier, the shipment will be returned to our fulfillment partner's facility.

Reshipment Costs: You will be liable for reshipment costs once we have confirmed an updated address with you.

Unclaimed: Shipments that go unclaimed are returned to the facility and you will be liable for the cost of a reshipment.
6. CUSTOMS & IMPORT DUTIES

International Protocol: Shipments outside of our fulfillment centers' primary zones may incur customs fees.

Responsibility: These fees are determined by your local customs office and are the sole responsibility of the customer.
